Social Networking Parties

We have three opportunities to relax, network, and socialize with conference attendees. Registration opens on Monday, April 8 with a welcome reception in the Partner Pavilion. On Tuesday April 9, join us for a happy hour also in the Partner Pavilion. That evening buses will shuttle you away to our Customer Appreciation Gala Event. Plans for this are still being made and will be announced soon.

Registration Information

What is the registration fee?
$995 – Marketo Summit (Registration closed, onsite fee $1395)
$595 – Summit University – Full Day (SOLD OUT)
$395 – Summit University – Half Day (SOLD OUT)
$125 – Marketo Customer Certification Exam (sign up onsite)

Can I register in person at the event?
Onsite registration is $1395.

Is a group discount available?
Yes, there are two group offers. You can buy 2 and get the 3rd at half off. Or you can buy 3 and get the 4th free. No promo code needed. You will be asked during registration to provide the names of your additional attendees. When you register you will receive an email with details to complete the registration.

Will Marketo close registration at any point?
Registration is now closed.

What is included in my registration fee?
Access the Marketo Summit 2013 which includes industry thought leader keynote sessions as well as customer success tracks. This program will begin at 6 p.m. on April 8 and will end at 5:30 p.m. on April 10. Registrants for the Marketo Summit 2013 will also be invited to the evening Gala Event on April 9. Registration fees include admission, food, and beverage during the daytime sessions.

Does the registration fee include travel costs for the conference?
All travel costs including air and hotel accommodations are the responsibility of the attendee. Marketo has secured a block of rooms at a discounted rate at the Hilton San Francisco, the host hotel. To reserve your rooms, please click here.

Is there an additional charge to attend Summit University Day?
Yes. Full day is $595. Half day is $395. Sold out as of April 5.

I already registered for the full day of Summit University Day, can I switch to the half day option?
Yes, please contact to request a change from full day to half day.

How is my registration confirmed?
After completing registration, you will be routed to a confirmation page that will allow you to add the event to your calendar, print a receipt, edit your registration, as well as view a map and directions. In addition, you will receive a confirmation email with your registration information.

What forms of payment do you accept for the conference fee?
Visa, MasterCard, American Express and company checks are all accepted.

If I can’t attend, can I substitute my registration?
Yes. You can substitute your registration to another colleague within your company by logging into the registration system and editing the attendee name. Please note that the deadline for all transfers and edits is March 22, 2013.

What if I have to cancel?
Registration cancellations received in writing by 5:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time) on March 22 2013, will be refunded, less a $100.00 (USD) processing fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after 5:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time) March 22, 2013.

What airport should I fly into?
San Francisco International Airport (SFO) is 15 miles from the Hilton San Francisco. Oakland International Airport (OAK) is 20 miles from the Hilton San Francisco.

How do I get to the hotel from the airport?
If you plan to drive, or travel by taxi, you can anticipate a 35-45 minute travel time from either airport. The Hilton San Francisco is easily accessible from either airport via public transportation. Taxis are readily available and the Bay Area’s train, BART ( can take you from either airport to within one block from the Hilton (exit at Powell Street Station). Where can I park around the hotel?
Self-Parking is available at the Hilton San Francisco for $53.58/day. Alternate options in the area include Union Square Garage at Post Street, $34.00 for 24 hours. Downtown Center Garage at O’Farrell Street (across the street from the Hilton), $32.00 for 24 hours. California Parking at O’Farrell Street (across the street from the Hilton), $45.00 for 24 hours. Ellis & O’Farrell Garage (two blocks away), $19.00 (Monday – Friday; enter before 7:30 a.m. and exit after 7 p.m.), $32.00 daily. Note prices are subject to change.

What kind of weather should I expect?
The weather in San Francisco is somewhat unpredictable, however the average high during the April time frame is 63°F and the average low is 50°F. It is recommended to be prepared with a light sweater, raincoat or light jacket and umbrella.

Is there a dress code?
Business casual attire is appropriate for all functions related to the Marketo Summit 2013. A jacket or sweater is recommended for air-conditioned rooms within the hotel as well.
