We have three opportunities to relax, network, and socialize with conference attendees. Registration opens on Tuesday, May 22 with a welcome reception in the Partner Pavilion in the Yosemite ballroom. On Wednesday May 23, join us for a happy hour also in the Partner Pavilion from 5:35pm to 6:35pm. Then starting at 6:35pm, buses will shuttle you away to one of San Francisco’s most unique landmarks, Treasure Island which was originally built for the 1939 World Expo. This year’s Customer Appreciation Gala Event will take place at The Winery SF located on Treasure Island. Come and enjoy the wine, food, drinks, and fabulous views of the San Francisco skyline. Will Marketo close registration at any point?
Due to the popularity of the event, we recommend that customers register early as we expect the event to sell out.
What is included in my registration fee?
Access the Marketo Summit 2012 which includes industry thought leader keynote sessions as well as customer success tracks. This program will begin at 6 p.m. on May 22nd and will end at 12:30 p.m. on May 24th. Registrants for the Marketo Summit 2012 will also be invited to the evening Gala Event on May 23rd. Registration fees include admission, food, and beverage during the daytime sessions.
Does the registration fee include travel costs for the conference?

Yes. The price is $495.
How is my registration confirmed?
After completing registration, you will be routed to a confirmation page that will allow you to add the event to your calendar, print a receipt, edit your registration, as well as view a map and directions. In addition, you will receive a confirmation email with your registration information.
What forms of payment do you accept for the conference fee?
Visa, MasterCard, American Express and company checks are all accepted.
If I can’t attend, can I substitute my registration?
Yes. You can substitute your registration to another colleague within your company by logging into the registration system and editing the attendee name. Please note that the deadline for all transfers and edits is Friday, May 4, 2012.
What if I have to cancel?
Registration cancellations received in writing by 5:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time) on Friday, May 4, 2012, will be refunded, less a $100.00 (USD) processing fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after 5:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time) on Friday, May 4, 2012.

San Francisco International Airport (SFO) is 15 miles from the Hilton San Francisco. Oakland International Airport (OAK) is 20 miles from the Hilton San Francisco.
How do I get to the hotel from the airport?
If you plan to drive, or travel by taxi, you can anticipate a 35-45 minute travel time from either airport. The Hilton San Francisco is easily accessible from either airport via public transportation. Taxis are readily available and the Bay Area’s train, BART (www.bart.gov) can take you from either airport to within one block from the Hilton (exit at Powell Street Station). What kind of weather should I expect?
The weather in San Francisco is somewhat unpredictable, however the average high during the May time frame is 64°F and the average low is 51°F. It is recommended to be prepared with a light sweater, raincoat or light jacket and umbrella.
Is there a dress code?
Business casual attire is appropriate for all functions related to the Marketo Summit 2012. A jacket or sweater is recommended for air-conditioned rooms within the hotel as well.
